Imbalplast’s core business is the production of packaging for the hygiene and healthcare sector, with solutions designed for baby diapers, incontinence products, feminine hygiene products, bed pads, hygiene wipes, and makeup remover pads.

In addition to the healthcare sector, the company also manufactures flexible packaging for industrial and commercial applications, including industrial bags, general-purpose and printed bags, and heat-shrinkable films for various manufacturing sectors.

Thanks to our high level of production flexibility and technologically advanced facilities, we are able to develop customized packaging solutions that optimize quality, performance, and costs. Our goal is to offer our customers reliable, efficient, and competitive packaging designed to meet the specific needs of each industry.

Custom Packaging and Bags

We manufacture custom packaging and bags made from polyethylene and certified bioplastics, designed to ensure durability, print quality, and environmental sustainability. Thanks to a fully in-house production process, we are able to control every stage of manufacturing and offer customized solutions for various industries.

High-quality materials

We use a wide range of materials to meet various packaging needs: clear polyethylene, ideal for showcasing the package’s contents, opaque white polyethylene, perfect for more striking graphic design, colored polyethylene, for distinctive and recognizable packaging, recycled polyethylene, a more sustainable and environmentally friendly solution, certified bioplastics, designed to reduce environmental impact and comply with the latest regulations.

In-house supply chain and advanced technology

All production takes place within our 7,000-square-meter covered facility, where every stage is managed directly by our specialized team. The production process includes: COEX extrusion with up to 5 layers, to produce durable, high-performance plastic films; flexographic printing with up to 10 colors, for crisp graphics with high visual impact; packaging using precision sealing machines, to ensure the quality and reliability of the finished product.

Available packaging options

We manufacture various types of bags and flexible packaging, ideal for a wide range of commercial applications: bags with strap handles, bags with Jambo handles, bags with traditional handles, bags with drawstring closures.

Innovation is one of the pillars of our growth. Our Research & Development department is constantly monitoring market trends, with a particular focus on: new materials, reducing environmental impact, innovative production technologies, and improving industrial processes

Since 2022, we have been collaborating with the University of Parma to develop analytical and research projects that allow us to scientifically investigate the performance of materials and identify increasingly sustainable and efficient solutions.
